What we collect
We process account details, uploaded photos, generated videos, credit and purchase records, basic service logs and messages you send support. Stripe handles payment card details on its checkout page; card details do not reach our servers.
Photos and generated videos
Your photo is stored privately while a video is made and is deleted when the render ends. To create a video, the photo is sent to our AI video provider for processing. Generated videos stay in your private account for 30 days with a one-video pack, or one year with a three- or seven-video pack. We do not publish photos or videos or use them to train AI models.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage and database services, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in where enabled, the configured AI provider for video generation, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics only after your choice allows it.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support sign-in and payment return flows. Optional analytics are off until you accept them. You can change your choice using the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.
Retention and your rights
Account information remains until account deletion. Payment records may be retained as required by law. Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting [email protected].
Adults only
The service is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors or anyone who has not agreed to appear.
